Background: Incidence of IHCP in Indian population is 0.02%-2.4% and that GDM 3.8%-17.9%. Frequent co-existence both has raised the question any association. There exists only few studies to prove or disprove Objective current study was determine prevalence women with compare feto-maternal outcome without IHCP. Methods: The conducted Department Obstetrics Gynaecology, VMMC SJH, New Delhi. Women singleton pregnancy ≥28wks were recruited for further categorized as according their diagnosis by RCOG guidelines. OGTT 75g glucose done make GDM. Management per obstetrics protocol outcomes recorded till delivery. Results: No statistically significant difference observed groups (5.4% 8.2% IHCP, p=0.220). Significantly higher number preterm deliveries (21%, p<0.001), induced labour (53.6%, undergoing LSCS (46.3%, p<0.001) association FGR, MSL, Fetal maturity, onset, mode delivery, stillbirth, low APGAR score, NICU admission, PPH Conclusions: not but significantly incidence labour, Caesarean sections
